Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Vermillion Apparel at vermillionapparel.com and our Shopify checkout. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may cancel and fully refund any order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Limited drops

Quantities are limited. An item in your cart is not reserved until checkout is complete.

Preorders

Items marked Preorder are paid for at checkout and ship when the drop arrives. Drop 02 is estimated to ship in early November 2026; the current estimate is always shown on the product page. If we cannot ship by the estimate, we will email you a new date and you may cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing VermillionapparelHQ@gmail.com. If an order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the whole order ships together when the preorder arrives.

Discount codes

One discount code per order. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders.

Intellectual property

The Vermillion name, VM mark, designs, and site content belong to Vermillion Apparel and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms between drops. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
